We started Goodpoint because all three of us have experienced home renovations and new builds that we know could have been run more collaboratively and seamless from start to finish. With the goal to have homeowners enjoy the experience more, feel like their vision is being heard and work directly with the people doing the work. All with the goal to start and finish each project at a good point for everyone involved.
The collaboration between Jason Rienzi, with his full team of skilled trades along with Maggie Drane, who brings real estate and design experience and Moe Drane, who provides the business operations and client service experience, brings value to our clients since we are all directly involved in each project. We pride ourselves in dedicated relationships with the trades and our clients alike to ensure the work gets done seamlessly.
Having completed countless additions and full home renovations throughout the north shore of Milwaukee for over a decade, everyone knows Rienzi’s reputation and style for getting the job done and making it happen. With Maggie and Moe joining the team, we aim to create a company that homeowners will get to experience countless benefits and have a little fun along the way.
Maggie Drane
Design | Project Manager
Maggie provides real-time market insight that informs acquisition decisions, renovation scope, and design selections. Her experience within Milwaukee’s residential market helps ensure each project is positioned competitively and aligned with buyer demand at resale.
Moe Drane
Operations Management
Moe oversees operational coordination and financial management across projects, including budgeting, milestone tracking, and documentation management to maintain transparency and disciplined cost control.
Jason Rienzi
General Contractor
Jason serves as the firm’s in-house general contractor, overseeing construction planning and project execution. His strong reputation with the local building community and established network of subcontractors allow Goodpoint to coordinate trades efficiency, maintain consistent quality standards, and execute projects within disciplined timelines.
